Data we collect

Booking details you provide (name, email, phone); conversation and message content received from connected messaging accounts, so we can display and reply to them from the admin dashboard; and basic technical data needed to operate the service.

How we use it

To complete bookings, serve customers, and reply to their messages across connected channels. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Security & retention

Access tokens are stored on our servers only and are never exposed. We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service; you can request deletion at any time (see the Data Deletion page).
